The Recognise Native and Feral Fauna Skill Set provides foundational knowledge and skills to identify and differentiate between native and invasive animal species. It supports conservation efforts by equipping learners with the ability to assess environmental impacts, apply safe and ethical handling practices, and respond to wildlife-related incidents.

DESCRIPTION

DURATION

  • Full-time study (20-25 hours per week): 5 to 6 weeks
  • Part-time study (10-15 hours per week): 8 to 12 weeks
  • Intensive/accelerated delivery (workshops + assessments over consecutive days/weeks): 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the training structure

LOCATIONS

All of our courses take place remotely and we send our trainers and assessors out onto country to conduct training in your local communities.
